Australis Patagonia Cruises are two small luxury expedition ships, Via Australis and Stella Australis, that journey through the southernmost fjords of South America combining both Chilean and Argentinean Patagonia.

 

The ships navigate legendary maritime channels of early explorers such as the Strait of Magellan and the Beagle Channel exploring untouched wilderness including glaciers, lush forests and visiting Patagonian wildlife such as elephant seals, Magellan penguins and humpback whales. Guests can discover glaciers up close on zodiac boats and walk ashore in the company of expert naturalist guides.

 

The trip climaxes with a legendary journey to Cape Horn, the southernmost point of South America sometimes referred to as “the end of the earth”, declared a World Biosphere Reserve in 2005.
